UDON is one of the most typical noodles in Japan. It is very familiar food to Japanese, and there are wide variety of dishes using UDON.
There are both warm and cold menus for UDON. The most traditional warm menu is KITSUNE UDON, boiled UDON in a hot soup made of DASHI topped with seasoned USUAGE, fried TOFU. There are variation of toppings, including TEMPURA UDON with TEMPURA or Beef UDON with seasoned beef.
As for cold menu, dipping simple noodle in a thickly seasoned sauce, Cold UDON is established.
